1.2 The content filtering and WiFi scheduling service will only work with a purchased frith router and subscription.

2.2 The Service may be used by anyone who you see fit however we do not take any responsibility for anyone accessing services using your broadband or other network connection.

3 SITE UPTIME
3.1 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this Website and Service is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
3.2 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in Website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

6.4 frithWiFi will provide support for network hardware in the event of a physical failure. In the event of an investigation into a failure exposes tampering with the hardware or software including factory reset the customer will be liable and charged an administration fee to recover the unit.
7 PURCHASE
7.1 frithWiFi will provide the network hardware selected at the time of purchase as part of the subscription to the frithWiFi service. The service subscription is a minimum of 12 months for all products and the supplied hardware remains the property of frithWiFi for the duration of the contract.
7.2 At the end of the minimum 12 months the hardware ownership and responsibility transfers to the customer.
8 EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
8.1 We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this Website or Service.
8.2 The Service is provided to help protect young and vulnerable users but We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of using the service.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms of Use shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.
9 LAW AND JURISDICTION
9.1 These terms of use are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
10 RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
10.1 Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
Note: Consultancy, design and installation services are non refundable.

c) You have the receipt or proof of purchase

10.2.1 Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

10.3.1 If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

10.4.1 Sale items can be refunded.

10.5.1 We issue refunds for digital products within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
